8 sets of edge grinding equipment
Advantages: Ensures the smoothness, precision and safety of glass edges (such as rounded edges, straight edges, beveled edges, etc.), enhancing product aesthetics and safety.
- The edge of the glass determines the quality of the glass. The exposed glass needs fine polishing. The edges of our glass are all mirror polished.
- We can make round edges, bevel edges, flat edges and 45 degree bevel edges etc.
4 waterjet cutting machines
Advantages: Outstanding high-precision, stress-free cutting of complex shapes and irregularly shaped glass, particularly suitable for art glass, furniture glass or special architectural structures.
- Water jet can cut door clips, notches, Hinges ,U-shaped notches, door lock notches, holes, etc. Especially suitable for shower glass,Water jet cutting greatly ensures the accuracy of glass precision and position, which will improve the efficiency of installation.
2 automated drilling machines
Advantages: Ensures precision and efficiency in glass drilling, prevents edge chipping, and is suitable for glass products that require accessory installation (such as shower enclosures and door handle holes).
- The automatic drilling machine replaces manual drilling, improves the accuracy of hole position and avoids scratching of glass. Especially used with sliding glass doors and glass door handles and railing glass.
2 automated chamfering production lines
Advantages: Further improves the precision of glass edge processing, ensuring safety and aesthetics, especially suitable for high-end products such as tabletops and display cabinets.
- Bare glass can easily scratch people, so the corners need to be chamfered and polished. The product is mainly suitable for frameless glass doors, Bathtub door glass, frameless glass railings, swimming pool glass, etc.

1 set of heat-soaked glass production line
Advantages: This is an important technology that further eliminates the risk of spontaneous breakage in tempered glass. It emphasises its application in buildings with extremely high safety requirements (such as high-rise curtain walls and roofs) to ensure the long-term stability of the glass.
Heat soaking is a process that may expose inclusions in tempered glass. The process involves placing the tempered glass inside a chamber and raising the temperature to approximately 280ºC to accelerate nickel sulfide expansion. This causes glass containing nickel sulfide inclusions to break in the heat soak chamber, thus reducing the risk of potential field breakage.
Heat Soaked glass does not break spontaneously and is extremely safe.The products are widely used in high-rise buildings.
